Roofing Project Manager Position

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and/or commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule crews, materials, and equipment
• Closely monitor roof installations to be sure quality standards are being met
• Assist in the training of new crews
• Work closely with quality inspectors for NDL warranties
• Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare job documentation, change orders, and daily reports
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction
