Roofing Project Manager Position

Responsibilities
- Manage residential and/or commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule crews, materials, and equipment
- Closely monitor roof installations to be sure quality standards are being met.
- Assist in the training of new crews.
- Work closely with quality inspectors for NDL warranties.
- Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare job documentation, change orders, and daily reports
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of roofing or construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, installation methods, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
