Sales Manager Position
Team Leadership & Performance
- Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Hiring, training, onboarding, and coaching sales representatives
- Conducting regular sales meetings, providing feedback, and managing performance issues
Strategy & Planning
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, promotions, and campaigns
